LuxSwap collects only the data needed to process orders, answer support requests, protect the service and meet legal obligations. Order data can include the crypto pair, amount, destination address, deposit address, timestamps, transaction status and limited network metadata such as an IP address. Account users may add an email address and saved wallet labels. Sell orders store card data in encrypted form only and never return a full card number. You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability wherever GDPR or another applicable law grants that right. Operational and compliance records may be kept when fraud prevention, accounting, dispute handling or legal compliance requires it. Service providers for hosting, database, security tooling and blockchain infrastructure are used only where operating the exchange requires them.
